When I learned of the Supermoon celestial event this year, I had to try to capture it. I decided to find something iconic for the foreground and took a short trip to the Rancho Secco Nuclear Plant in the nearby town of Herald. I did a bit of trespassing to gain access to the optimal vantage point, but hey… whats dramatic and innovative photographic imagery without a little risk, huh?
